5. Fees and Payments
All rental payments, deposits, and related fees may only be paid using the payment options provided on the official Rooms4RentMI website. Late or missed payments may result in additional charges or rental termination as described in the lease terms.
6. Tenant Conduct
You agree to:
- Use the property for lawful residential purposes only.
- Comply with all lease terms and local ordinances.
- Maintain the property in good condition and promptly report maintenance issues.
You agree not to:
- Sublet or transfer your lease without written permission.
- Damage, alter, or misuse the property or its amenities.
- Engage in illegal or disruptive behavior on the premises.
7. Disclaimers
Rooms4RentMI provides properties and services on an “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Platform or that all property information will always be error-free. However, we make reasonable efforts to maintain accuracy and functionality.
8. Limitation of Liability
Rooms4RentMI is not liable for any incidental, indirect, or consequential damages resulting from use of our Platform or rental properties.
9. Termination
Rooms4RentMI may terminate your account, access, or lease agreement for violations of these Terms, nonpayment, or other breaches as defined by your lease.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Platform or occupancy of a property after updates constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
